Damon Pace "Higgins" About Me Damon has been an animal artist for over 30 years. Working with watercolor, he uses a multi-layer technique to bring out the life-like quality of each portrait. Capturing each animals unique appearance and personality in the portrait, is the ultimate goal! The process begins when we receive your photo. First, a series of sample portraits will be e-mailed to you for your approval. After choosing one of the samples, painting begins and takes about 2 weeks to complete. Before completion, a “sneak peak” photo will be e-mailed to you for final approval and any last minute corrections. Each portrait will be matched, as exactly as possible, to the approved sample Each portrait is then signed and dated. It is my goal that each portrait have a realistic long-lasting quality image that you will be proud to display to friends and family for years to come!
