| The League of Animal Artists bestows two types of awards - the Gold Award and Platinum Award. These awards are given
to websites that demonstrate commitment to the advancement of the animal art genre. Following are the guidelines for each of the awards: |

| This award is for NON-members. Winners of this award will be selected by The League Founder, at her sole discretion. |
Qualifications:

This award is for non-League members only. |
|
Any artist who portrays animals as part of their artwork portfolio can apply and qualify for the award. |
|
An artist may nominate their own site. |
|
The artwork must be in good taste and the site must be professional. |
|
The artwork must also convey the artist's dedication and passion to the represenation of the animals they portray. |

| The Platinum Award is designed to honor and award members that demonstrate their dedication to the animal art genre above
and beyond the average artist. This dedication and passion is not exclusively limited to their artwork, but is also apparent in the presentation
of animals on their website and in their acts of charity towards animal causes. |
| Once a member has been nominated for this award, the artist's fellow League members vote as to whether or not
they feel the nominee demonstrates the spirit for which this award is designed. Only by a majority vote in favor of the artist will the
honor be bestowed on the artist, therefore winners of this award should be held in high esteem for they have earned this award. |

Visitors to this site, as well as other League members, may nominate a member artist. |
|
The artist may NOT nominate their own site for this award. |
|
This award is designed to highlight the animal artist that is whole-heartedly involved in their artwork. It also acknowledges
the artist who is dedicated to representing the true character of animals and that glorifies the beauty, majesty and splendor of
the magnificent animals placed on this small, crowded earth. |

To be considered for the platinum award, not only will the artwork itself be reviewed but, also the member's website. The presentation
of the artwork is essential in demonstating the artist's commitment to the glorification of animals and the pride they take in their
work.. |

The site must also display the member's commitment to the preservation of the world's animal population and their support of other
charities and causes either locally, nationally or internationally. |
